To help aid our growth plans, we now require a Business Development Executive to support the business in servicing an existing client base and drive new clients towards the business. Forde May Consulting is looking for someone incredibly career focused and full training will be given. Your role will be based around the following duties:
- Promote the services the business can offer to potential new and existing clients
- Identify key clients through business development focusing on small to medium businesses
- Building a strong and natural rapport with senior professionals across organisations to increase activities within their business
- Ensuring clients are confident that their assignments are handled professionally and efficiently at all times

To be considered for this position you must have a background within a sales-orientated role and be comfortable making cold calls to build up your market knowledge quickly and effectively. The business currently focuses predominantly in engineering and manufacturing, so any experience working within these industries would be high advantageous.
