Our client, a fast growing and highly successful telecoms company, is seeking to recruit a new Head of Customer Services. In this newly created and challenging post you will be responsible for customer care across the organisation together with developing further a culture of continuous improvement and customer service throughout the entire organisation.
You will have exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills and a track record of stimulating and motivating staff and bringing about cultural change. While telecoms or IT sector background is desirable, it is just as important to be able to demonstrate your experience in offering the highest standard of customer care and developing and managing the processes.
You will need to be a strong communicator who sees both the operational and wider commercial impact and be able to build strong relationships both across the business and externally in the market place for the company’s service offerings.
