People are Beth McMaw’s passion: a chartered member of the CIPD with over twenty years experience in HR, Training, Headhunting & Recruitment and Selection. A Management Psychologist with Forde May Consulting for two decades, Valerie Reid is responsible for the psychometric assessments used in conjunction with assignments, carrying out behavioural and competency based interviews. Valerie is a member of the British Psychological Society and a BPS accredited occupational tester. She also holds a European Test User Certificate in Work & Organisational Assessment with the European Federation Of Psychologists Associations.

A Sociology graduate with a background in research and hospitality, Bronagh brings her vast array of experience and people skills into executive recruitment. Bronagh is responsible for research and recruitment co-ordination and is a member of the Executive Research Association.
