Senior Solutions Consultant (Sales/Business Development)
Forde May Consulting’s client, GoReport, the market leading technology firm that provides solutions for Commercial and Residential surveying, would like to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic sales and business development expert into their business. The new Senior Solutions Consultant will increase GoReport’s client portfolio in GB, focusing primarily on Building Surveying practises and Social Housing Organisations. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory and also be flexible to meet the demands of the business.
Required qualifications and experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in selling B2B software based solutions.
- Ability to influence at all levels to ensure business objectives are met.
- Drive and enthusiasm with proven ability to lead people.
- Strong networker who can quickly establish and develop relationships with a range of customers and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A ‘hunter’ personality, self-disciplined and highly motivated.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of the built environment.
- Familiar with asset management systems.
- Selling software based solution to the built environment.
