On behalf of our client, the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, Forde May Consulting is assisting in the recruitment of a member to the UK-wide Board of Assessors.

The Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI) and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) are the independent pharmacy regulators in Northern Ireland and Great Britain respectively.

Their role is to protect, promote and maintain the health, safety and wellbeing of members of the public by upholding standards and public trust in pharmacy.

The Registration Assessment is set, marked and moderated by a Board of Assessors, comprising pharmacists and non-pharmacists with assessment and pharmacy experience. The number of members is between 10-15, including members from all four countries of NI and GB.

The principal function of the Board is to protect patients and the public by contributing to the maintenance of standards in pharmacy education.

Chief Executive Officer

The Police Rehabilitation and Retraining Trust (PRRT) helps build new and healthier futures by supporting thousands of retired and retiring police officers to create the future they want after policing.  The PRRT makes a difference to people’s lives by helping them to feel as mentally and physically well as possible.

Due to the impending retirement of the incumbent officeholder, the PRRT has retained the services of Forde May Consulting to recruit a new Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the ongoing growth, transformation and evolution of the Trust.

The Role:

Reporting to the PRRT Board of Directors the CEO is the overall leader of the organisation and has a key role in setting its strategic direction and in creating the vision and culture which will enable the Trust to continuously develop as a centre of excellence in the provision of services to its client groups.

 

The CEO works closely with the Chair and Board of Directors, the Dept of Justice and a range of stakeholder groups, including the PSNI, the Police Federation of NI, Northern Ireland Prison Service and others in determining funding and programme development.

 

The CEO provides strong and inspirational leadership, direction and support to the Senior Management Team to ensure excellent and effective service delivery across each of the PRRT departments of Psychology, Physiotherapy, Personal Development and Training, and Finance and Shared Services.

The Role

Due to the retirement of the incumbent Director, Glanbia Cheese has retained the services of Forde May Consulting to recruit a new Director of Human Resources.  The HR Function sits at the heart of the business. Your role as Director of Human Resources is to ensure that the business creates the right conditions to develop and nurture the talent within Glanbia Cheese. You will provide direction and support across the business in respect of the Human Resource function including staffing, employee and Union relationships, training and development, performance management and compliance with Employment Legislation.
