Our client is a worldwide manufacturing company which produces an award winning range of products used across various sectors.  The Product Manager will be responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer/product requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with development engineering, to successfully introduce new products. It also includes working with Sales & Marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

This senior role will require a person a deep understanding of customer-centric technical sales.  The candidate should be able to work on their own initiative, be results driven and thrive under pressure.

Supply Chain Development Manager

Aerospace

Our client is an international aerospace firm, with sites across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.  Due to continued growth, the business would like to recruit a new Supply Chain Development Manager to lead the UK business Unit’s Supply Chain Development Strategy. The Supply Chain Development Manager will encompass a strong supply chain design concept ensuring procurement new product introduction processes are robust and commercially aligned to new programme bids and achievable gross margins in line with the financial budget cycles.  This is a new role and will operate across all manufacturing sites.

• The role has responsibility for supplier selection in line with Business units sourcing strategy selecting supply partners based on capability, performance, and total cost.
• To define and implement a robust Supply chain design approach using tools and techniques ensuring risks are identified and mitigated by supplier risk management.
• In role the supply chain development manager will be setting the standard for all supplier evaluations and conducting routine on-site surveillance/audit for new and existing supplier selection.
• To participate in a multi-discipline team on all new bid-launch with Programme Management Commercial, Design Engineering, Finance, Production, and the wider Procurement team.
• The Supply Chain Development Manager will deputise for the Head of Supply Chain for key meetings and customer reviews as and when required.

Progressive Building Society is an integral part of the financial services sector in Northern Ireland.

The Society seeks to recruit two new Non-Executive Directors to complement the existing Board.
