Chief Executive Officer
As a result of the impending retirement of the current Chief Executive, Forde May Consulting is assisting in the recruitment of a new Group Chief Executive Officer for A.I. Services Ltd. The organisation’s core business is the supply of tailored breeding solutions and an efficient insemination service to livestock producers in Northern Ireland. In addition, as a majority shareholder in Eurogene, it has also become a major supplier of dairy and beef genetics in the Republic of Ireland.
The business has also successfully developed new income streams through the supply of support services to agriculture, including delivery of educational and rural development programs for DAERA. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Group CEO will develop the organisation’s strategic vision and position the business as a centre of excellence in the agricultural sector.
Applicants should demonstrate dynamic and commercially focused leadership skills and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior management level within the agri-food or related industries.
Knowledge of modern farm practice and the role of genetics within the livestock industry would be advantageous
