CCU is a member owned financial cooperative regulated by the PRA and FCA.  The organisation has expanded in size over the past few years, making it one of Northern Ireland’s largest credit unions. CCU has now partnered with Forde May Consulting to recruit a new Operations Director.

Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Director will oversee a myriad of operations across the organisation. This diverse role requires an exceptional leader and manager with a proven track record in managing day to day operations whilst appreciating operational alignment with the broader business strategy for growth and excellence. The successful candidate will have demonstrated highly competent management and organisational skills in a dynamic multi-site setting. The role requires exceptional organisational skills and experience in coordination of system, policy, and process review to provide tangible added value in efficiency and cost.
