Progressive Building Society is an integral part of the financial services sector in Northern Ireland.
After twelve successful years at the helm of the Society, current Chief Executive, Darina Armstrong, has taken the decision to step down from the post. Subsequently, the Society has retained the services of Forde May Consulting to help recruit a new Chief Executive.
Progressive Building Society seeks a commercially-minded individual who will help continue the evolution of the current business, leading from the front in driving innovation and revenue growth with the intention of further cementing Progressive Building Society as the financial institution of choice within Northern Ireland.
The Chief Executive is a member of, and is accountable to, the Board and Members of Progressive Building Society. The main purpose of the role is to provide leadership and development of Progressive Building Society such that it continues to be an effective and sustainable business operating in the best interests of its membership.
