This is an extremely exciting time to join Forde May Consulting, NI’s first privately owned executive search and selection consultancy, an organisation that has demonstrated an incredible amount of tenacity and resilience over the last year. Given what the business has achieved through a period of uncertainty, we are an exciting business to be part of. Our clients range from small organisations to large multinationals and come from the private, public and voluntary sectors. We headhunt locally and internationally, this includes Interim Managers and Non-Executive Directors.
We are looking for a talented professional consultant with several years’ experience in the executive sector and incredibly career focused.
The role will require excellence in the following areas.
- Promoting the services the business can offer to potential new and existing clients and developing good client relationships.
- Ability to deliver a high quality recruitment process from start to finish meeting the high standard required by Forde May Consulting for their clients.
- Ensuring clients are confident that their assignments are handled professionally and efficiently at all times and meet all legislative guidelines.
As part of a dynamic and highly experienced team you will have freedom to develop your chosen sector, for example IT or Finance and contribute to the future direction of the company.
