Hillsborough Castle Project Sponsor

The main purpose of this post is to act as Project Sponsor for Historic Royal Palace’s projects within the City Deal Royal Hillsborough project, namely the conservation and redevelopment of the Court House and Fort but may include sponsorship of other organisation-wide projects at Hillsborough Castle.

The Project Sponsor provides the interface between project ownership and delivery and is the client-side representative who acts as a single focal point of contact with the Project Manager(s) for the day-to-day management of the interests of the client organisation. The Project Sponsor is responsible for ongoing management on behalf of the senior responsible owner (SRO) to ensure that the desired project objectives and outcomes are delivered.
