Litho Print Manager

MSO Cleland Press are packaging specialists and have been manufacturing solutions since 1876.  MSO is an established employer in the area, with a settled workforce.  The organisation would like to recruit a new Litho Print Manager.

Managing a team of up to twenty people, you will be responsible for covering all areas of the Litho print process, focusing on productivity, meeting customer requirements, quality control and colour management while assisting with the management of a team of people in a fast-moving production environment and working closely with other Departments to achieve daily production targets.

As part of the senior management team, you will be very actively involved in spearheading and fostering the ongoing drive for continuous improvement, using a variety of leading edge business improvement initiatives.

You will have more than 5 years’ experience in a similar role.  Your rounded practical experience will be complemented by an academic qualification in printing.  Commercial acumen and strength of character are as important as ‘technical’ quality skills.
