Recruitment Administrator


Forde May Consulting Ltd is Northern Ireland’s oldest privately owned executive recruitment and headhunting company. Based in Belfast, we are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to provide professional support services to a team of Consultants.


The Role:                                         

  • Working with individual consultants, manage all administration and correspondence within particular recruitment assignments
  • Develop and maintain internal information systems both manual and computerised, including database management
  • Maintain professional and efficient relationships with customers (clients and candidates) through effective communication
  • Prepare reports and presentations and assist with proof reading
  • Reception duties, including telephone and messages, visitors and mail
  • Co-ordinate business development and marketing activities
  • Assist with maintenance of stationery, office equipment and general facilities


The Person:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience working within a professional services environment
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience
  • Excellent IT skills, fully competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Previous database management would be advantageous
  • Competent user of office machinery and equipment
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a methodical and articulate manner with good attention to detail
  • Experience of and interest in social media
