Recruitment Administrator
Forde May Consulting Ltd is Northern Ireland’s oldest privately owned executive recruitment and headhunting company. Based in Belfast, we are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to provide professional support services to a team of Consultants.
The Role:
- Working with individual consultants, manage all administration and correspondence within particular recruitment assignments
- Develop and maintain internal information systems both manual and computerised, including database management
- Maintain professional and efficient relationships with customers (clients and candidates) through effective communication
- Prepare reports and presentations and assist with proof reading
- Reception duties, including telephone and messages, visitors and mail
- Co-ordinate business development and marketing activities
- Assist with maintenance of stationery, office equipment and general facilities
The Person:
- At least 2 years relevant experience working within a professional services environment
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience
- Excellent IT skills, fully competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Previous database management would be advantageous
- Competent user of office machinery and equipment
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work in a methodical and articulate manner with good attention to detail
- Experience of and interest in social media

Office hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
