Gerry May

Gerry May is a headhunter in the true sense, and brings years of invaluable experience to his role as MD of Forde May Consulting Ltd. Gerry’s passion for the job is as deep as his CV is expansive, and, uniquely in terms of NI-based headhunters, it includes an extensive period in the ultracompetitive global search arena working for a leading international board, management and executive recruitment consultancy based in London.

Valerie Reid
- Director
A Management Psychologist with Forde May Consulting for two decades, Valerie Reid is responsible for the psychometric assessments used in conjunction with assignments, carrying out behavioural and competency based interviews. Valerie is a member of the British Psychological Society and a BPS accredited occupational tester. She also holds a European Test User Certificate in Work & Organisational Assessment with the European Federation Of Psychologists Associations.
